I’ve been on a technically induced hiatus from blogging, but I’ve finally decided to pull my head from out of the sand.

I’ve been a vegan for 20 years now, am an aspiring Java programmer, who loves science fiction and movies of all kinds. I’ve been trying to become a better photographer and as this latest attempt indicates, a better blogger.

Currently, I spend an awful lot of time studying to cement a career change, but I’m also trying to develop better habits of preparing and cooking my sustenance (thank you Veganomicon) and also trying to expand my world view on a daily basis via photography, reading, researching, writing and somewhat well-considered movie watching.
